No holiday is complete without the pleasures of taste. At the Hotel La Palsa in La Val, we place great importance in gastronomy, creating dishes with great passion. That's one reason why our restaurant is run by the hotel manager, Ulrich, who, with his love for the Ladin tradition and the refinement of fresh and genuine products, offers a daily feast of flavours linked to the local region and its traditions. Your dinners in the hotel's two dining rooms with panoramic views will feature schlutzkrapfen and steaming dumplings, delicious cured meats and country cheeses, local meats and little sins of gluttony.

At our hotel in Alta Badia we bring Ladin and Tyrolean traditional to the table without neglecting the best dishes from the Italian and Mediterranean tradition. Whenever possible, we use organic produce from our vegetable garden and the best artisanal products from the Val Badia.

For dinner we offer a salad bar and a varied menu with a choice of variations on request for those who suffer from food intolerances or choose a vegetarian diet. Once a week, we offer a typical Ladin menu instead, with the most popular dishes from our traditional cuisine. Meanwhile in the morning, we wish you a good morning with a rich and healthy mountain breakfast buffet.
